In the recruitment industry, finding the perfect match between job seekers and companies is often challenging. nkr, a new start-up in Germany, aims to revolutionize this process by building a network of carefully selected talents accessible only to companies with excellent work conditions and benefits. Instead of traditional contracts, nkr focuses on creating a high-quality network to ensure mutual satisfaction.

To support nkr's unique approach, we designed and developed a modern yet playful website that aligns with their values of diversity and a human-first mentality. The site features a waitlist for talents to sign up and a queue for companies to get verified. The design emphasizes a friendly and inclusive tone, reflecting nkr's commitment to connecting the right people with the right opportunities.
